Age: Early to mid 30s? He's probably younger than Kotetsu, which is...kind of hilarious and terrifying.

Height: 188cm/6'2"

Weight: No clue. Probably much less than it should be for a man his height and apparent physical capabilities!

Medical Info: Physically fit, although his health is most likely not at optimal levels since he looks like he never sleeps. Mentally, lots of psychological trauma that he has not worked over. Occasionally hallucinates his dead father.

Eyes: Green

Hair: Grey, with just a tinge of cream of asparagus soup green

Physical traits: His everyday appearance is pretty professional—suit, hair tied back with a ribbon, neutral expression. He usually has bags under his eyes, though, and may appear tired, although he's alert. Despite what a lot of his icons display, he very rarely has his hair down. He's surprisingly toned, for a judge. Can also take a punch to the mask from Wild Tiger in 100 Power mode, for what it's worth.

Beyond that, there is a GIANT HONKING BURN SCAR ON HIS FACE. Canon materials say that it's not visible unless he's irritated. I say he still wears makeup, but just enough to cover up any textural inconsistencies. The scar will be more visible if he gets emotional. Feel free to comment on it and make him uncomfortable it that happens!

What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: So long as you don't mention anything about his relation to Legend, his powers, or his secret identity, anything! Not mentioning he's fictional would be awesome, too. This may change at a later time, depending on how/when his secret identity is revealed.

Abilities: MAGIC BLUE-GREEN FIRE. Other than the BURNING bit, his flames can...do a lot of things that we've received no explanation for. Like apparently allowing him to phase through solid matter. Also, he flies by shooting fire out of his palms like a jet pack. Yeah.

Notes for the Psychics/Magically or Spiritually sensitive: He is not nearly as nice or polite as he seems. Basically, the way he acts as Lunatic is the real him, and Judge Yuri Petrov is the actual personality mask he wears. His mind is filled with thoughts of JUSTICE and THE VOICE OF THANATOS and may be pretty scary/weird/freaky to listen to.

Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: TALK TO ME ABOUT BODY SWAPPING because of his powers and all. Otherwise, I am chill with a lot of stuff. He may retaliate at a later time, though, depending on what was done.

Hugging/kissing/other non-violent physical contact: PLEASE GO AHEAD! In his public persona, he'll attempt to sidestep all attempts, but won't be outright rude to anyone, so please take advantage of that and make him uncomfortable.

Maim/Murder/Death: Talk to me! I am okay with him going through a lot of crap because I'm mean.

Cooking: Can cook! His food is decent, but not mind blowing. He makes a mean cup of coffee and tea, though.

Other: He's being taken from right after SPOILERS:

he discovers that Kotetsu's a wanted criminal and Wild Tiger's files have been locked, but before he rescues Kotetsu from his initial encounter with H-01.

Also, unless otherwise stated, he's not wearing the Lunatic outfit.

Burninating the countryside

Yuri's going to do some information collecting before unleashing Lunatic to camp, which means that it'll be several weeks of just Judge Petrov wandering around the camp grounds. HOWEVER! I do want to play him as Lunatic, so this is a post about that.

LUNATIC KILLS PEOPLE. He only kills those that deserve it under his concept of justice, but camp-wise there are a quite a few of them running around. He won't even try to kill you if he isn't aware that you're a criminal, though, and he mostly targets murderers or would-be murderers (Hi, Edward). So if your character steals a loaf of bread because they were starving, Lunatic wouldn't try to char you. Probably. Depends on how the bread was stolen.
